Caramel Apple Cake

This is a classic homemade Caramel Apple Cake recipe that is easy to make and full of delicious flavor because it has a creamy filling made with apple as well as tender cream cheese while the outside is covered with a buttery pie crust which means it becomes a complete and perfect breakfast recipe especially if it is served with strawberry mango juice.

I still remember the first time I made this cake because while apples were everywhere and caramel was dripping off the spoon as if I’d just discovered liquid gold.It wasn’t for a special occasion or anything fancy but rather just a chilly afternoon with a craving and a bag of apples that had seen better days.

This cake came together like a warm hug since the apples baked down into little jammy pockets while the cinnamon filled the house with that “is it spring yet” smell and the caramel—oh, the caramel—on warm so that it sank into every crack and suddenly, this simple cake felt as if it belonged in a bakery window.

I’ve made it for potlucks as well as lazy Sundays and even because let’s be honest the cake got more compliments than the recipe Creamy Cheesecake Brownies .
So if you’re looking for a dessert that feels a Sweet and tasty apple and this one’s for you .
