We were planning to eat something light after soccer practice because we did not want a full dinner situation but then I remembered Chicken Caesar Wraps and I had to make them.
I made them I used way too much dressing so they turned into a soggy burrito which was classic me.
But now the wraps have crispy chicken which can be store-bought and crunchy romaine lettuce and creamy salty Caesar goodness all tucked into a soft tortilla so they’re a total win.

Have you ever wrapped up a salad and thought why haven’t I been doing this forever because that was exactly how I felt as I held a wrap in one hand and extra napkins in the other with no shame.
Here’s a pro tip don’t skip the Parmesan because it really is essential.
Ingredients :
- 2 cooked chicken breasts grilled or baked, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cup shredded or shaved Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Caesar salad dressing store-bought or homemade
- ½ cup croutons optional, for extra crunch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavo

How to Make Chicken Caesar Wrap
Step 1
Prepare your ingredients. Start by slicing the cooked chicken breasts into thin strips. Wash and chop your romaine lettuce, and if you’re using croutons, lightly crush them so they fit better in the wrap
Mix the filling. In a big bowl, mix the chicken, lettuce, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and croutons if using. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
Step 2
Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Lay out each tortilla and spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing on top.
Step 3
Warm the tortillas. Heat the tortillas in the microwave for about 15 seconds or in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side. This helps make them soft and easier to fold.
Assemble the wrap. Place a generous scoop of the chicken Caesar mixture in the center of a tortilla. Fold in the sides and then roll it up from the bottom, like a burrito.
Step 4
Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese and drizzle lemon juice on top if desired.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from one end to another.
Serve or store. Slice the wrap in half for easy eating. You can serve it right away or wrap it in foil or plastic wrap to eat later.
