This Crack Breakfast Casserole is the queen of easy midweek lunches!
I spotted these on Instagram and had to give them a try myself. After reading through the comments, I learned they’re very similar to Buffalo Chicken Casserole which is a total lifesaver for family dinners!
And is ridiculously simple to make. You’ll find yourself making this meal again and again!

And here is the thing that I love about this recipe because it is not precious so you can mess it up a little and add more cheese which is always a yes or swap ingredients and even forget exact measurements yet it still works because it is forgiving just like family holidays
