What to Eat with Spinach Smoothie ??
A spinach smoothie is fresh, light, and filling, so I love pairing it with easy breakfast and snack ideas from my kitchen. I usually enjoy it in the morning with Bagels or Pina Colada Muffins, which makes breakfast feel balanced without being too heavy.

On warmer days, we also enjoy it on its own or with fresh fruit on the side, and it’s perfect to take along for family walks, picnics, or relaxed afternoons at home.
Ingredients :
- Fresh spinach leaves washed well and dried
- Banana for natural sweetness and creamy texture
- Apple or pear for extra sweetness and fresh flavor
- Milk of choice such as dairy almond or oat milk
- Plain or vanilla yogurt for creaminess optional
- Honey or maple syrup optional for extra sweetness
- Ice cubes for a cold refreshing texture

How to Make Spinach Smoothie :
Step 1
First up washing the spinach leaves very well under cold water. Spinach can hold dirt so make sure it is clean. Shake off excess water or pat dry with a towel so the smoothie does not become watery and peel the banana and chop it into chunks.
Core and chop the apple or pear into small pieces so they blend easily. Cutting the fruit first helps the blender work faster and makes the smoothie extra smooth.

Step 2
At this point the milk to the blender first. This helps the blades move easily and prevents ingredients from sticking to the bottom. Next add the spinach followed by the fruit pieces. If you are using yogurt add it now.
Step 3
After this blend everything on high speed until the mixture looks smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed. If the smoothie is too thick add a little more milk and blend again.

Step 4
To wrap it up taste the smoothie and decide if it needs extra sweetness. If so add a small amount of honey or maple syrup and blend once more. Finally add ice cubes and blend again until cold and frothy then pour into glasses and serve right away.
The color will be bright green and inviting and the taste will be fresh and lightly sweet.
