Well, that’s exactly where I was last week because I was sweaty so I felt cranky and I was desperate for something cold but I didn’t want just plain ice cream again so I needed a win.

I decided to raid the freezer and I spotted a bag of frozen strawberries hiding behind the mystery meat which I still don’t recognize so boom lightbulb moment: “What if I try making my own Dole Whip”
Okay but here’s the truth: the first try turned out more like strawberry soup since I forgot to freeze the banana which was a rookie move however round two was a total game-changer.

It turned out to be crazy simple because it’s the kind of recipe where you just throw everything into a blender and somehow it ends up tasting like summer vacation in a bowl in other words the kind of thing you’d get at a theme park and instantly want seconds.
Have you ever tried the real Dole Whip the pineapple one, Well then this version is like its berrylicious cousin because it’s fresher and a little tangy so it’s totally snackable.
