Okay so full honesty here—and I didn’t exactly plan to fall in love with this cheesecake but one bite in and yep there it was which was love in the form of chocolate-drizzled coconut-sprinkled caramel-swirl kind of love.
It all started because my cousin forgot to bring dessert to our family BBQ so classic and since I panicked a little I raided my pantry and that’s when I remembered the half-bag of shredded coconut sitting there as if saying “Pick me” and as I kept digging I found a box of Girl Scout cookies I’d been pretending to save for guests which was funny—and just like that the Samoa Cheesecake was born.
Now was the first one perfect !! Not even close because the crust cracked while I accidentally dripped caramel on my sock and please don’t ask since my little baby may have licked the bowl when because he was with me in the kitchen .I turned my back but the flavor was truly out of this world as it felt like a tropical vacation.

Have you ever had that mix of gooey caramel blended with toasted coconut and rich chocolate all in one bite. If not then buckle up because you’re in for something absolutely dreamy.

What to Eat with Samoa Cheesecake ??
I love having this cheesecake with a cup of hot cocoa or coffee, but my niece prefers a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It’s all a matter of personal taste, isn’t it? Sometimes I like to top it with fresh fruit slices like banana or strawberry slices, which makes it great too. Sometimes I crave having it with a glass of fruit juice after dinner, which is also a great combination.
