Easy Egg in a hole
Easy Egg in a hole Super soft, moist,Egg with the best slice of bread ever!!A delicious recipe for the best bread that everyone LOVES!!

You know those mornings when you just want something easy yet not boring Well, that was me last Saturday when I looked at the kitchen table and stared into the void then suddenly—boom—bread plus eggs and butter. That’s when I had a lightbulb moment: Egg in a Hole.
Now, I’ve made this before although one time I burnt the bread so badly that the smoke alarm basically gave me a standing ovation which was classic. However, when it works, you get crispy edges and runny yolk heaven.

It’s kinda amazing, isn’t it Just by cutting a hole in a slice of bread, it suddenly feels like a real meal as if you’re saying—ta-da! Breakfast upgrade. Have you tried this trick If not, then trust me—it’s about time.
By the way, fun fact: my kid calls it “egg donut” which is honestly not wrong.
Ingredients :
- 1 slice of bread any kind – white, wheat, sourdough

- 1 tablespoon of butter or cooking spraya
Optional Toppings:

How to Make Egg in a hole
Step 1
Take a slice of bread and use a round cookie cutter or the rim of a glass to cut a hole in the center and Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan on medium heat.
Step 2
Add butter to the pan and let it melt, or spray a little cooking spray to coat the surface then Place the bread slice into the skillet. Then, crack an egg and gently pour it into the hole and Let it cook for about 2–3 minutes until the egg whites start to set.
Step 3
Use a spatula to gently flip the bread and egg together. Cook for another 1–2 minutes if you want the yolk soft, or a little longer if you prefer it firm and Add a pinch of salt and pepper if you like and finally Serve hot and enjoy!

Tips for Making the Perfect Egg in a Hole
Use a thick slice of bread: It holds the egg better and gives a nice crunch.
Use a lid: Covering the pan helps the top of the egg cook faster without flipping.
Make it cheesy: Sprinkle a little shredded cheese over the egg right before it finishes cooking.
What to Eat with Egg in a hole ??
I usually add avocado slices when I want to eat it, and it’s okay to have a nice cup of tea on the side. My little one loves it with a little ketchup, which gives it more flavor. Sometimes I feel like adding extra black pepper or a dash of spicy honey – it may sound great, but it’s just honey with chili flakes. I also love it with a glass of juice, cold and refreshing, it’s a great combination too.
