A hearty comfort food wraps that’s just creamy cheesy without being too heavy and for a light lunch.A crowd-favorite family here I mean my kids recipe!

Have you ever had one of those days when cooking feels like climbing a mountain and you’re doing it in flip-flops”Silly examples I like to joke” Well that’s because I had one just like that last Tuesday when I forgot to defrost the chicken even though dinner time was creeping up I thought I had more time for.
However I had a lightbulb moment because I found some leftover grilled chicken in the frozen and I also had a block of cheese along with that one tortilla pack I always forget I bought so just like that Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps were born.

There were no fancy ingredients and I didn’t use any “chefy” techniques instead it was just warm garlicky goodness wrapped in melty cheesy happiness and the best part was that my picky little one actually said “Can I have another one” which was surprising because that never happens.
Here’s a tip do not skip the pan-sear at the end since it makes the outside golden and crisp which is a total game changer.
Have you ever made something out of random kitchen stuff and ended up with a keeper. Because this one’s officially in my dinner rotation now and honestly I’m not mad about it.
